pretty much actually, i have a magazine addiction and shoppers doesnt have mens heath so i pick that up,

i do <3 muscular development though


the high freq training talks about gh throughout the whole article, lol

I work on a line too, but get bored with all the smoke those mags blow up your bunghole ;)

Wow I wouldn't even bothering opening Men's Health or Muscle & Fitness.

I didn't read the article, but as for high frequency training, it depends on volume ,etc. There are programs out there hitting groups 3 times a week, but volume is lower and set/rep schemes vary.
