I am scared of heights as well but have been bungy jumping a bunch of times. Its a big part of what makes it such a rush.

The first time I went was with a bunch of friends at the Olympic Park in Calgary from a crane into a pool of water.

I was the last one to go and everyone else jumped so when we were up there and I realized I could not jump on my own I asked the lady in the basket with me to push me, lol. She asked if I was sure and I told her if I go down there with out jumping I will never hear the end of it so push me now and away I went. :)

I was hooked.
