Hey all thought i'd start out with an introduction, just found this site and so far i really love it. It's gotta be the only strictly canadian site of it's kind. Can't go wrong. I've been around for around 4 years on these boards from SSB to OLM to steroidology...i'm on a few anyways. Been training for around 9 years now, 3 years very consistantly. glad to be aboard!
