Great work out!
Nothing could go wrong. I just got brand new Jordans for stability and style. That with my Lululemons and my Under Armour not just makes me look great but shows the definition of my physique.
I prefer to go to the gym around 7 pm so I can keep the pump until I go to the clubs.
It was a bit crowded but I always have my red bull and switch the radio station to something that will play Madonna or something similar in order to help with my drive. But if that doesn’t work I can always have a double red bull…
Arriving there I had to talk to this hot chick that works in the front desk It took about 40 min to finish our conversation, I guess she is not happy there as she was pretty much answering everything with a Yes or No and having to do a bunch of things and not giving me complete attention, anyways I’ll find her on Facebook.
My warm up was great I did a full set of squat with an Olympic bar (that was about 10 or 12 reps). When I finished I took advantage that I was there and I started curling.
**** yeah! I felt great I could do 3 sets of 6 reps precisely like Ronnie Colleman does in Youtube.
I had to move on because some monkey that competes in Bodybuilding was about to have his roid rage directed at me, he came up and asked me how many sets I had to finish. Fortunately I was smart and walked away I know that this type of people are kinda of nice but that’s just the surface with all that stuff that they take; those guys are just bombs waiting to explode. I can see that whenever they see me working out.
I guess that that is jealously that I am so slim and hot and women find me attractive.
Anyways, I got the BOSU, and I just found this exercise in Oxygen magazine that is quite advanced and makes you core muscles work: push ups with hands on the flat part of the BOSU. I felt great again and them I super-seted that with planks in order to make my core muscles to work even more.
I kept drinking my BCAA’s with mule’s sweat (this stuff you have to have “connections” to get):D
Them I got a Phisioball and did some more advanced exercises:
Seated arm curl 2 sets of 8 @ 12lbs
Seated shoulder press 2 sets of 10 @ 8lbs
Laying down ½ crunches 2 sets of 20 (my abs must be great because I don’t feel anything).
That was enough for today as I don’t want to get too big.:puff
