Hey guys im 3 weeks in my cycle :
Test p 100mg EOD 1-8
Tren A 90mg EOD 1-7
HCG 250ui E3d 1-8
Adex 1mg EOD 1-8
PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/20
Im doing this cycle to kinda get lean and try to add little mass.. Here are my stats :
5ft9 215 pounds 16% BF
I want to drop my bf and add some pounds or just stay at 215 pounds but just leaner. My diet is this : Carb cycling : Low/low/high/low/med/low/high
Low days i eat around 120g fat and 250-350g prot and 0-60g carbs
Med Days i eat around 50-60g fat and 250-350g prot and 120-150g carbs
High days i eat around 20-50g Fat and 250-350g prot and 300g+ carbs
But im getting leaner , im getting stronger, but nothing crazy.. its my 2nd cycle , and my 1st with tren, i like it but its not that crazy.. strength went up but i must say i loved my strength way more when i was on creatine lol.. i was stronger than now.. must be because my joints were more lubrificated and now the adex dries em... W/e , my routine is 1on/1off .. 2 days split ..
Monday : Chest shoulders triceps Calves (total sets :10/6/6/4)
weds : Back biceps Quads Hams ( '' '' : 12/6/4/4)
Friday : Same as monday but diff exercices ( '' '' : '' '' )
Sun : Same as weds but diff exercices ( '' '' : '' '' )
PWO shake : 60g prots , 0 fat and 60g dextrose.
My question is... am i wasting a cycle to get lean or should i just go on mass and up my cals. But i really want to lose some fat.
