Im starting my offseason soon and preparing for the Nationals next year. I have access to Kefei gh and was wondering how much I should use for the best result and if it is a good brand. I was thinking 10 ius EOD what do you think?

Be prepared to spend some cash if you want to run gh correctly offseason. 10iu's is a decent dose...split the dose up throughotu the day...ie 3.3iu times 3 and you need to run it every day for it to work...EOD is a waste of time.

I thought the new thing was less frequent injects but I will give the numerous times a day a try. If it were up to you, what would you do? More than 10 ius per day or are 10 ius enough considering ill be using kefei?
I know a few guys that ran Kefei at 4-5 IU ed with major carpel pain,i can't see you getting over that.At 4-6 iu a day that is more than fine for result,there comes a point were you have to draw the line.

I've been getting sore wrist with kefei on 2. I seem to be adjusting however and am hoping to be up to 4 shortly.

8-10iu a day for off season especially if you are a national competitor.. take 4iu before bed and 4iu when you wake up to piss or when you wake up. i personally like to bang all of mine when i get up.

i agree EOD is retarded.. better off not even doing it..
im bulking right now and doing 8iu/day 7 days a week.

For mass you will need to use 4+iu per day...even 4iu per day will not give you much in the way of mass gains but i will give you some lean mass over time.
You will need to work your way up to your target dose over time. If you try to run 4-5iu right away, your will be sorry....your body needs times to adjust to the higher GH levels. You will need to start with 1-2iu for the first few weeks and increase the dose very gradually.
To answer your question, Kefei are good GH for the price. They may not be dosed quite like the more expensive brands, but they are more than worth the cost. Also, at least you know where the GH is coming from with kefei...all these new, relabeled generics, who knows what lab or basement in China they are made in.

Thanks for the responses. I guess Ill work my way up to about 8 or 10 ius per day depending on the money I have and Ill split it in at least two doses. Something like 4 ius in the morning and 4 before training. Well see how my body reacts with that and a standard high dose test - deca - dbol cycle. I hope to get to about 265 before starting my diet to make weight for the heavies at 220. I was also wondering, would it be best to keep some of the gh to use with insulin after a workout or can I use gh preworkout and insulin postworkout?

Just doing mental calculations on how much high dose GH costs to run for 6 months to a year makes my bank account cry.

It is best to split the dose up throughout the day....muscle growth actually comes from the IGF-1 mediated by GH in the liver not the GH itself. The liver can only produce so much IGF-1 at one time so taking a high dose of GH is not efficient because you will still only illicit the maximum response of IGF. By splitting the dose through the day you mimick endogenous GH production and you also illicit multiple IGF responses. I would suggest splitting it up every 5-6 hours. You also get the most natural GH release about 1-2 hours after falling asleep so taking GH before bed is not a good idea because you will blunt the natural production. It would be wiser to take gh a few hours prior to bed so you can take advantage of bot the natural and exogenous gh.

Have you looked into peptides? Apparently it makes exogenous gh more efficent and it kicks in much quicker opposed to gh many weeks to kick in
An example would be ghrp-6/cjc-1296 100mcg each 3 times a day (morning,pwo,pre bed)
Shoot two iu gh 20 min after morning and pwo peptide shot
and to maximize muscle gain incorporate a slin protocol

No, I never looked into it, dont know anyone who has either personally. What were your results?

Hmmm... You don't think at 10 iu ED that one' s "natural GH" will already be pretty well blunted?
Muscle growth does occur at night, so I'd say if one's natural growth is already blunted, inject at bedtime or maybe at 3 or 4 a.m. if you want to play it safe.

GH is in and out very fast and I dont think it will inhibit your natural output once its cleared. Hence why Pret recomends mutli daily injections.
