i figured u cant win at the rite body type.I take in to much calories i get big but a big stomach too.Now i go on a High protein whey and diet i get a small stomach and waist but smaller body size.I guess the only way to have both is to be on a high protein diet and tons of juice!!

Maybe your overtraining when your on diet and eating away your muscle.... or perhaps you drop weight too fast and loose too much muscle.. who knows, but this shouldnt be

what he is trying to say is that his gut sticks out more with a high carb diet and he looks bigger overall, but now he has switched to moderate carbs, and his gut is smaller, but less glycogen/fat in his body = he looks smaller

That makes more sense, just carbs giving you a bloated look as well

Being a natural guy I have a peak at how big I can get. In order to get big you need carbs. You need a good mix of fats/carbs/fats. For me cutting is easy but the size is tough to put on unless I eat enough. So lots of chicken, fish, beef, turkey, eggs etc etc. I also have to eat lots of carbs like sweet potatoes, wild rice, oats. I will also eat whole wheat pasta a couple times a week when bulking. Do I have a six pack when bulking? Nope, do I care? Nope. I bulk during the winter. I also retain lots of water when bulking. You should know if your diet and training worked once you do another cut. If you get as lean as your last cut but are bigger you know what you did was right. Youjus need to find what kind of dieting, and training works for your body type. You should take it as a challenge and play with it. I have done this over the years and have learned my body.

I am competing in my second show in 8 days and this time I am leaner and bigger than my last show. This tells me I have been doing everything right. Next bulk I will eat even more and lift even heavier. Next show after this one I hope to have 10 more pounds of muscle compared to this show.

i think i know wat i doin wrong.when i put size on i do it way to quick with lots cals.Then when i want to loose my gut i start to low of cals,shit for a while there every time i went out on the weekend my belt went to a lower notch every weekend dam i was loosin weight fast it was kina scary cause my belt got smaller almost every weekend!!was usin just pure why protein mixed with water after and during the week,also ate alot of fats still but my metabolism shot through the roof!!need to find a medium some were!

Not really a medium just slowly reduce your total calories. Slowly start reducing carbs and unnecessary fats. Dont go from like 5000 calories a day right to 2000 calories a day. Take it week by week and do it slowly. This will reduce muscle loss from your bulk. Sure it will take longer to cut but you will look much better.
