Need a solution for rough chest & back (whiteheads)

Does anyone have a way to prevent getting a rough chest and back. Im experiencing whiteheads on those areas. I use a scrubber with and exfoliate, but the whiteheads or bumps continue. Whats your solution?

I use Nizorol shampoo for my hair, but find it also helps for opening pours and preventing chestne/bacne. Try lathering some of it on your problem areas..

Also you may want to try tanning in a stand up bed, and showering twice a day.

take a shower you dirty mofo! jk....neutrogena soap works well......or proactiv if it gets real bad......or semen......lmk if you need any help ;)

Warm bath with epsom salt will help

one good trick is get the water real warm use an eucuiltise based gliceryne soap and use lufa or scrb the just before you get outof the shower get the water cold as you can stand it to close the clean pores...it sounds stupid but i have never had an issue since doing it on AAS

I also find Nizoral shampoo on problem areas is very effective - moreso than most acne bodywashes I've tried.
