Hey guys back to business

Its been great fun posting the fun stuff now a serious post

Am i eating enough food ?

For a guy my size on this stack of gear ??

39 years old 265 lbs 6'4'' 14-16%BF
cycle / Dbol 30mg day & T/enth 500mg week

meal 1 shake ( whey ) oats banana ( after low intensity cardio )
meal 2 oats 4 eggs ( pre workout)
meal 3 shake ( whey ) 4 eggs / boiled potato ( post workout )
meal 4 2 x cans of tuna or chicken and green salad
meal 5 10oz chicken fish or steak broccoli or salad small portion of carbs
meal 6 tuna sand or Turkey sand on gluten free pumpernickel ( the thin shit )
meal 7 10oz chicken fish or steak
meal 8 shake ( casein )

I also add 3 multi vitamins a day plus a fiber supplement

need a bit more info to help you out....what are your goals here?
what are your total calories here? total protein, carbs and fats?

Add up your calories and break it down.
Quick look, calories seem low, assuming you are trying to bulk.
But you're doing am cardio, so not sure what you are doing.

up calories for bulking.....your diet is spotless compared to mine.....

If your trying to add size your not eating nearly enough. For meal 4 I would substitute the salad for some sweet potatoes or yams. You also need more healthy fats in your diet. Get an EFA like a fish oil or something like Udo's and add it to your shake once to twice a day.

i add fish oil to every shake 1 tea spoon also a fiber
