I have been seeing allot of fat people lately, they flock to my town in the summer and hang out at the beach with their slushy’s and cigarettes. They are as white as a ghost, fat and sweaty. Then after dark they go to the restaurants and clubs and fill their faces with various overpriced condensed animal fats, then they get drunk and drive to the beaches and throw beer bottles and cigarette butts in the lake and leave their marshmallow and chip bags everywhere. What bugs me the most is when I see a man about my age (40) with his fat wife and fat kids, over 6' tall and good genetics but just lazy and fat, teaching his kids how to slowly poison themselves and be lazy and fat, he doesn’t deserve to be a dad. They drive their $200 000.00 RV's that get 2.4mpg because they are hauling around their own urine & feces and they have the air conditioning on MAX.
Just had to get that out, I feel better now, thanks guys.~BC

The worst thing ever is seeing a couple of fat parents feeding there already overweight child a bunch of crap, they are giving them a good start to a life full of illness and diabetes, not to mention ridicule. If they are to lazy to take care of themselves they should at least watch what there children eat. I hate seeing 4 yr old boys with boobs. In this day and age parents cant be that misinformed. You know whats healthy and whats not, its just wether or not you take the time to do it.

NO shit! I agree with this part the most. I would call it borderline child abuse. If you spank your kid that's child abuse, but if you let them eat crap all the time (which in turn gives them health and social problems) that is not?

It's the fat people that I see in the grocery store loading up their carts with junk that I have a problem with. And, if they have kids with them then that makes me want to do terribly hurtful things to them for abusing their children like that.

Fat people for the sake of having no self control over their eating habits or laziness of not working out are who I have a problem with. Ppl with legit health problems BUT still try to eat somewhat healthy and exercise when possible I have great respect for.

****... well, aren't we mr. originality? (lol... j/k) I totally agree, shit... I used to be 221 lbs. at 6', before i ever started working out a few years ago.. Happened a couple years after high school (when i didn't play sports anymore). I just worked and ate pretty much. I went down to 165 lbs. at about 8% bf... have been trying to build on that since...

Spanking isn't child abuse, a good whack on the ass lets them know who is boss, and its good for them to see that life has consequences. The courts also allow parents to spank on the butt with an open hand, and its not abuse. They should be jailing the parents of kids who get filled with crap food, and babysat by the TV. Kids need to play and interact, not sit in front of the TV, eat junk food and and become health hazards. Kids need their parents to guide them through life, and that guidance needs to be healthy, both mentally and physically.

It frightens me when I look in other peoples shopping carts. I try hard not to.
Often there is nothing resembling natural food at all.

I mostly don't understand why people eat a diet dominated by processed food(??) products. It's not that it's crap, rather it's that is tastes like crap. Without exception real food tastes better and is on average less expensive than processed shit.

I don't get it.

Same here... pisses me off when parents teach their children how to eat shit. As a parent, you have a responsibility. The responsibility to give your kids a good start into their life and allow them to learn how to build a solid foundation for the rest of their life.
Kids learn most of what they know through imitating role models. If I had kids, I would live my life as an example and not ruin it for them..

Btw... Fat bitches piss me off too. ****, nobody wants to see your fat ass tucked into Lululemon or your belly in your tight shirt. I have to laugh when a fat bitch throws herself at me at the club.. its like yeah, I hit the gym 4-5 times a week because I care about my looks.. but I am gonna **** a pig that never even cared once about her.
Those fat bitches spend a shit load of money on clothes, make up, tanning, hair cuts and god knows what.. but they could simply exercise some self control, loose some weight and guys would care way much about them,, which is what they want in the end,..,

Hahaa same. You want some real fun, fill a shopping cart with fruits and vegetables and then when the feeding walrus is drooling in the cake section switch her cart..

I guarantee you will get some good laughs out of the walrus' reaction. Then the walrus will have no choice but to go through the aisles again to re-load, thus burning calories.. I do this over and over until the walrus gives up.

Then I sell her a cake in the parking lot for $50.

I gotta agree with you one this one. The emergency waiting rooms are filled with smokers and obese people who never gave a rat's ass about their health. When people who worked hard all their lives to maintain a healthy lifestyle and have to wait hours when their in a serious critical condition because the lineup is filled with people who never cared about their health and don't give a shit anyway since healthcare is free, that really pissed me off.

Fat people who call fit people "superficial" or say we should look "on the inside"... bug me

Fat people who ask for fitness advice/diet advice and then say shit like "welll that's gross/boring, I don't like chicken OR can I smear gravy and deep fry that"... bug me

Fat people who have a million problems when they actually do get out of the recliner and hit a gym/trainer... BUG ME!!! YOUR KNEES AND BACK ARE SORE BECAUSE YOU ARE CARRYING AN EXTRA 100 POUNDS!!!... drop the weight, lose the pain.

Fat people who say they can't do cardio... bug me

Fat people who think they are fit bewcause they can do 30 minutes on an eliptical... BUG ME

and
Fat people who come and tell me the "proper" way to do an excercise... REALLY bug me!!

technically they do pay for healthcare... it's called taxes.

In general though I agree. If you abuse your body you should have to fork out of pocket for the additional health care you will require above that of someone who doesn't abuse their body.

But let's play devil's advocate for a second here. A lot of us here use steroids. Some use in moderation and some abuse. There is a reason why NONE of us want steroids listed in our medical charts... because they could pose some serious implications getting on a health coverage plan, etc. So how are we any different than they guy who eats a bag of chips every night and has a 50" waist? Just because we workout and do cardio? That makes our abuse of our body any less than the fatty?

Like I said, I don't disagree with the sentiment that the smokers and drinkers and obese should have to pay more for their health care but you can't deny that someone who abuses steroids is potentially any different, can you? Notice I said abuse because that is a direct link to the obese who abuse their body with food and the alcoholics who abuse their body with booze.

Took the words outta my brain-holder... And I honestly believe that many more of the people on this site actually "abuse" than is let on... Judging by many of the questions for advice, then just doin' whatever the hell they want anyways....

and while we're at it let's also mention the rec drug addicts.

the problem is fat people are easy to spot and easy to target and while I have issues with them I don't live in a state of denial like some that my steroid USE may at some point come back to haunt me and play a role in a medical condition I might suffer later on in life.

People who use steroids like to stick their head in the sand and claim their usage has no long-term health risks when the reality is you do not know that for certain. So, what makes us different than the boozer, chip eater and the coke snorter?

There isn't a difference except we like to think there is just because we go to the gym and "look" healthy.

You don't have health problems now but what if your steroid usage causes you health problems in the future? Should people have to pay for your stupidity?

And how come you don't lump rec drug people or alcoholics into your hatred?

My resting heart rate is in the 40's as well but I am still not DUMB enough to think that somehow in the future my steroid use may not catch up to me.

it goes hand in hand. they dont just sit there and drop dead, they milk all the healthcare treatments they can get as their bodies slowly decay from the stupid shit they have done to themselves. if you choose to take on the leading causes of death, you should have to pay for the extra healthcare you are gonna require.

Regardless of how "fit" you may be if your juicing your abusing your body.
Fat people rule!!! pass the cake.
Seriously why do we/you think we are better? because we workout? We've just made choices that we hope are better.
I'd perfer to gamble on a vachon cake than use some bath tub gear. my 2 cents.

Speaking of healthcare a lot of my bro's have used the system to repair what they tore etc... while working out, hell lets go on about athletes neddlessly endangering there body's and using their healthcare. My 4 cents

using the healthcare that you pay for through taxes is one thing. being a constant drain on it because you are an unhealthy, lazy, slob is another. i dont think the athletically minded people are the cause of major healthcare drain....

depending on which province you live in... they do.
Athletic Therapy, some chiro, most physio is not covered by Manitoba medical. Most pro sports teams have thier own medical staff, which is not covered by medical... and extra insurance to cover said treatments.

They should sell high cholestoerol insurance with ever whopper.

Oh... and then crap like this comes along ...

I think its far more acceptable for an athlete to require health care due to a sports injury than it is for a FAT, LAZY, SMOKING/DRINKING, CAKE EATING SLOB. because it's more acceptable doesnt mean its right. Everyday i see smokers throw there "butts" out their window etc... it's the most acceptable form of littering but it still doesnt make it right.
I dont think anyone is advocating the "fat slobs".
Is a guy who plays Friday night pick up hockey really considered an athlete? thanks!!
I had 2 guys on my team get a puck in the face last year both required stitches etc.. this could have been avoided by wearing a cage. neither were fat slobs, but they used the healthcare they pay for to fix em up.
Regardless im not saying being a fatty is "cool" but we all do shit that could end us up in the hospital, that we could have avoided.

When you get hurt playing a sport its an accident when you spend your life overeating and not exercising and smoking/drinking, Its not an accident. I dont understand your statement.

the only excuse for being a big fat mess is not knowing any better. And in todays world i think everyone knows that eating mcdonalds everyday and having chips and dip as a meal is unhealthy. I hope that there doctors make them aware of all the health risks that come along with being overweight. And for those that continue to live like they do and not make any changes, well i feel sorry for them. There should be a point where if a doctor see's they are not making any effort to change the way they are and they are constantly having health issues they should be able to refuse service. If you are not willing to make changes to make yourself a healthier better person then why should anyone continuously try and help you? Some people just dont care enough to care about themselves. I say refuse them healthcare and put the responsibility back on them.
