hey guys

for you people who cycle.. how do ya deal with coming off? the past month i've been getting anxiety which i NEVER had before..no motivation at all to workout and feel really burnt, i've been pigging out so hard and not watching my diet at all too, this morning at the gym my pal asked me if i lost weight, and I'm still ****ing angry. i just generally feel like an ass, i'm looking into that BSN xplode stuff and it seems o.k, anyone know if there any good test boosters worth buying?

don't forget a good multivitamin and maybe a b complex for stress to help out with anxiety because the higher your cortisol levels are the more muscle breakdown will occur

my off cycle supps are
nitrix, animal pak, b complete 100, trib, creatine phosphate, nanovapor which i grabbed because it was on sale

maybe even just take some nolva for a week or two to help you out with those elevated estrogen levels which it sounds like you are having

What is nolva going to do for that? It is just going to stop estrogen from binding to certain receptor sites, and will also act like estrogen in other areas.

If he has elevated levels then aromasin is what he wants. It will boost his natural test up and is not as hard on the lipids as adex.
