yeah where's he at??
tell him to send the bill to the Tamils lol...
Condo fees are getting stupid too... building I'm in they are already over 500/month with almost no amenities and its just gonna go up more as they're doing some building repairs.... gay.
I have feeling will move out of Toronto shortly.. just not worth the $ anymore.

when you have a multi million dollar home you dont get to use the term 'hood', haha.

agreed / but i grew up poor .
paid less than 400 and it's not my fault the neighborhood has gone up between 3-400 % of the value
you should be taxed on what you paid no reassessments
why should someone get a new bill because they bought the right home

The drive depends on where you are going every day... I live in Durham and my 3 gyms are all in Durham... When I 1st moved out on my own (16yrs old :)), I live in DT Mtl, now I am 37 and I have no interest in going downtown anywhere...
The bang for the buck is real good out here when it comes to real estate...

I feel for you my house will cost more to rebuild, because everybody here has just dropped the pinks with the bank and walked away.
Jelous, I would love to live in vegas. I hear its so full of horny and slutty tourists.
You guys can fight the assesments. Or could have I believe that the cut off date has passed. Anyways its still BS alot of people are really getting raped on their taxes especially you guys out in toronto. I'm sure im not the only one on this board that doesnt like David Millers tax and spend ways. I hope everyone enjoys paying and extra 1.5% land transfer tax when they buy a home. The amount of taxes we pay is discusting. Property taxes, Gst, Pst, Income Tax and all the other little things like E tests drivers liscence government ids and stuff. If you add it all up we probably pay 75% of our money to taxes.
