So ive been shooting sust for the last few months now ive switched to test E.

I shot my tricep and it has inflammed like no other shot before. i can hardly move my arm.

Why is test E making my arm swell way worse then any other shot ive done?


any suggestions to decrease inflammation for my next shot?

Could be the high BB/BA content of the gear. Is it high dosed gear?? Above 250mg/ml??

What you can do to decrease the pain is dilute the shot of test E with another sterile oil...either another AAS or simply sterile cottenseed or grapeseed oil. Stay away from small muscle injects...stick to glutes and quads...

My 300 in the glute felt like a I was sitting on a baseball, I have just switch to 250, I will try it again later diluted.

Take 800mg of ibuprofen to take down some of the swelling and it will ease the pain some. I get alot of discomfort and swelling with the Test prop i'm currently cycling so i'm pratically living on advil right now and it does help some. Considering you can barely move your arm i'd stay away from bicep injections from here on out.

yep definitely learned from this mistake.

I ****ing rolled my ankle and now my arm is too swollen. im in rough shape and it's pissing me off.
