Just wondering about two questions.

How much LBM can the average man put on per year while

a). on gear

Too many variables to answer accurately.

Diet and weight training and cardio can make or break your gains...gear or no gear.

as much as you believe you can....set no limits as your limits........if you believe you can put on 5lbs a year, than thats all you'll put on

Agree 100% who cares whats average anyway, who the hell goes to the gym to be average. Take a year and find out IMO.

I have heard estimates of 5-15 lbs. naturally. This for someone 20+ after their teen growth.

i once gained over 20lbs in two months naturally and cut my body fat by 2% at the same time.

^^^^^ I was always suspect when commentators said a certain hockey player put on 20+ pounds in the off-season. I figured they were all juicing. But from what Don Cherry tells me there is no steroid use among hockey players. ;)
