That pic doesn't actually do him justice i feel. He has been sliced for the past 3 weeks holding that condition as I see him everyday. Its amazing as he has only lost about 9-10 Lbs since he started dieting. Just an amazing transformation at any age.

He got second in the Heavyweight Masters behind Chris White, who also won the Heavys and Overall. He looked great and was probably the best-conditioned competitor in the show. Nice guy too!

40-50 is Masters
50+ is Grandmasters.
For women it is 5 years less (35-45, 45+)
