So I'm currently on week 6 at 500 mg of test e per week; my first real cycle. I have some pre-existing gyno from puberty so I thought I would play it safe and use 1mg of arimidex eod. I've used otc ai's like atd and 6-oxo and they have done abselutely nooothing for me but I figured that a prescription ai would be much more powerful, enough to fend off any gyno flareups. I was wrong. It seems my body is indifferent to it and as a result my small amount of gyno had become a bit inflamed. I've been taking nolva at 40 mgs for the last 3 days and that seems to have done the trick, but now I feel like as soon as i get off of it my estrogen will rebound and I'll be left back at square 1. Sooo I know running nolva throught the cycle is frowned upon but I don't think I have a choice.
I was thinking of running it at 20mg eod but i have caps and they are a bit of a pain to break and dose. Do you guys think 40 mgs e3d or e4d would be good enough? nolva has a pretty long half life does it not?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know if I can pull that kind of precision off with 40mg caps, there is only a small amount of powder in each and id probably lose about 2-5 mgs just from opening it.

I would get caps and try to split up the dose. 10mg a day if you can.

if you have to run nolva for your cycle, do what you have to do.
Lots of guys do, and on some boards, that is recommended and is the norm.
Try to at least half the caps. 20mg will be lots.
How did you get a prescription AI, and what is it?

I would run the A-dex at .5 to 1 mg ED. A-dex takes a week or 2 to get blood levels up to be effective. I would keep taking the arimidex with the nolva until you have gone past 2 weeks with both, then drop out the nolva. Do whatever you need to... good luck.
