so i usually just eat healthy, and watch myself. i've never really counted my calories or had a specific meal plan of what i'm going to eat at what time and what portions. i see many people doing that, do you find things much better when everything is planned out?

so when you have a specific meal plan, do you guys eat the same thing every single day for like 2-3 weeks then switch it up? or if on a bulking phase do you eat the same thing on your meal plan throughout the whole thing?

Having an outline laid out in advance and following consistently day in day out is so much easier then trying to figure out daily what your going to consume.

I have a meal plan, but I know how much pro/carb/fat Im allowed each meal, so I can then just look at labels (most I know roughly off the top of my head). So yes I have a meal plan but do I eat the same thing everyday.. No, but you do become a damn good cook when you eat the same thing everyday, you learn how to use spices and create new recipes
