ventrogluteal - the sweet spot

Okay, just for educational reasons, I'm going to post these hand-made pics of exactly where the ventrogluteal muscle is. It's right on your side under the hip bone (iliac crest) and a hand-span above the hip joint (trochanter). If you press there with your hand you can feel the soft tissue muscle give, so you know it ain't hip-bone.

There's been postings asking just where this ventrogluteal sweet spot for injection is and complaining that the pics from online were no help, so I'm offering my old body as a clear direction. I have a 1.5 inch 23 g needle going in right to the hilt. Easily. No pain. No soreness later.

its easy to find if you clench your ass cheeks tight you will see that section pump up and then when you relax it will go flat again.

deff a safe spot to inject.

Thanks for your post. I'm developing scar tissue in my glutes and have been trying to move further and further away from the usual glute inj. area. The other night I tried to move further toward the crack and ended up hitting a nerve.

My sister is a nurse and thats where she was injecting me and at first I was like wtf that doesnt look right from the pics on the net and she said trust me. So I did and they are always painless. I might be able to scan the pages from her one textbook that show to to find that muscle.

My favorite spot by far! I did it with a 23g 1.5" pin to the hilt with no pain/no problems.

Slightly downward, just to accommodate the natural angle of the arm.

In the pics, I'm injecting 1 cc Test e (400 mg/ml) + 1 cc EQ (300 mg/ml). I felt only the slightest stiffness later which soon disappeared during workout.

I may make your hip feel like a 90 year old man, my friend, but mine felt youthful as a 59 year old.

You could probably put in 5 cc, BUT in my opinion, one should never inject more than 3 cc in one spot or the oil may sit too long & abscess. I'll be doing 3 cc there soon, when I add 1 cc (100 mg/ml) of Tren e.

Sorry, guys, but I don't compete & I'm not a pin-up. I like my natual foliage just fine and so do the ladies I've had dalliances with. After sex, some of them practice braiding or macrame with my chest hair just to stay relaxed;).

I had to try this so I just shot 1cc of profina, used a 1" 25g because I thought an 1 1/2" looked a little too big. No problems at all, I can feel that I shot something but pretty smooth. I had a painful trap shot yesterday so that was my motivation.
