What are you training today ??

IT'S DAY 1 IN MY CAMP

I start my day with 25-30min low intensity cardio

Then a few hours later

1- wide grip pull down 4 sets 8-12
2- close grip pull down 3 sets 8-12
3- bent over rows 4 sets 8-12
4- seated cable rows 4 set 8-12
5 - hyper-extensions 4 sets 10-12

Warm-up sets are not included

doing unilateral training today

shoulders/chest

seated lat overhead raise 3-4sets*8-12reps
db shoulder press 3-4sets/8-12reps
read deltoid raise 3-4sets/ pretty much work too failure
upwright rows 3sets failure

incline db press 4sets
flat db press 4sets
decline press 4sets
cable crossovers 4sets high reps

Just did am HARD cardio on empty stomach for 35mins then 4 sets of sit ups and Hypers.

Later is Chest. Not sure what I'll do I'll train instinctively.

I love to work my legs on Mondays, In my gym everyone is always doing chest and bi's on monday, squat rack all to myself, not that thats ever a peoblem but the gym is always crowded on mondays.

Back workout was killer Strong as F'k good gear for sure two week int D/bol T/enth everything is up 40-45lbs on every back exercises.

I'm not sacrificing any form just for the sake of lifting heavy. Everything was strict and the pump was over the top still have most of it over 6 hours later. I'm eating really well and i know that plays a huge role

Thanks to everyone again that help me on the road back to HUGE.

((Regarding chesticals i have a personal really personal trainer to help me with mine one she is done work !! )) Here's to a body part you can train every day 3+ times a day !!!

Every one dose chest on monday at my gym that's why i do

monday/ Back
tuesday /shoulders / bicep's
wed / off cardio
thursday / legs
friday chest / tricep's

sat / sun off cardio

Just finished Chest, the gym was dead which is odd for a monday but its sort of a nice change.

Hammer Strength Wide chest 4x8
Incline Smith Press 4x8
Pec Deck 4x10

chest....

bb bench to a 5rm

rolling tri extensions will work up to 60lb db's for 10 reps
chest supported rows will work up to 4 45's and 1 35 for 6 reps (this is a chest supported wde grip t-bar row)
chin-ups 2 sets of 10.....i try to do it the dead hang method

leg press pyramid stack machine weight empty 100lbs ?
5 sets 8-15 reps
set 1-15 reps 460lbs
set 2-15 reps 550lbs
set 3-12 reps 640lbs
set 4-10-12 reps 690lbs
set 5 max 8-? reps 740lbs

reverse hack squats 3 sets 10-15 reps

leg extensions 3 sets 12-15 reps

stiff legged dead lifts 2 sets 15-20 reps

standing single leg curls 4 sets 10-15 reps

I find my legs grow better with higher rep sets no pausing during a set using strict form and good movement !!

for a guy over 6'4'' my legs grow well ( lucky) ME

Today is legs:

I always start with squats and work instintively from there (every 3rd workout swapping squats for leg press, unless i'm going light/high rep then i may do both)... usually some type of squat workout (pyramid, 10x10, 5x5, etc.) then a ham curl, leg ext. and calf raise... something to that effect...

I'll make it back to my log later to put it in...

Did chest / triceps yesterday.

Incline DB Press
Flat Smith Machine
Flys
Incline Smith Machine

Close grip bench on smith
Tricep pushdown machine alternating arms
Tricep cable pulldowns
V Bar close grip pulldowns

Today will be shoulders..

Smith machine shoulder press weight uhh 45+45+45+45 8 reps 3 sets (+1 warmup)
Reverse fly machine 120 8 reps 3 sets
Cable side raises 3 sets 12 reps Superset with Cable front raises 3 sets 12 reps
Incline laying press machine 300 7 reps 3 sets (may increase this today)
Shrugs 180 3 sets 10 reps long squeeze at top
Mirror posing 3 sets..
