So This is my first post on CBB, love the site, been lurking for awhile now, gaining valuable info from all of you! Anyways, just thought i would get some feedback on the cycle i just started. I'll Start off with the bio, then workout, the diet/nutrition, and then of course the sauce...

So im 22 now, started working out about 6 years ago, 3 days a week through high school, bumped it up to 4 days into university, and now working i'm hitting it steady at 5 days a week. I'm 6'4, 245lbs, and about 20% bf.

Right now i am trying to cut up a bit for the summer, but also wanna maintain size and strength so i'm doing fairly basic 4 set exercises, 1st being warmup, and trying to keep the reps fairly high. Abs at the end of every workout, try to switch up the exercise(s) everyday.

Monday - Chest
Bench Press - 6-10 Reps
Incline DB Press - 8 Reps
Decline BB Press - 8 Reps
Dumbell Flys - 10-12 Reps
Cable Crossovers - 10-12 Reps
Abs

Tuesday - Biceps
BB Curls - 8-12 Reps
Alt. DB Curls - 8 Reps
Preacher Curls - 8 Reps
Hammer Curls - 10-12 reps
Concentration Curls - 10-12 Reps
Abs

Wednesday - Triceps
Straightbar Pressdowns - 8-12 Reps
Skull Crushers - 8 Reps
Overhead DB Extensions - 8 Reps
Rope Pressdown - 8 Reps
Reverse Grip Pressdown - 10-12 Reps
Dips - 10-12 Reps
Abs

Thursday - Legs
Squats - 8-12 Reps

So theres the workout, just wondering if anyone thinks reps are too high or any of the exercices could/should be grouped differently etc. Or if anyone has a 5 day workout all together they might think will work better for me? Let me know!

Now onto the Diet/Nutrition.

(6 am)
1 scoop allwhey pro with 2 cups milk(always skim)
1 cup egg whites with 2 tbs salsa
1/2 cup oatmeal with 1 cup milk
6 cups coffee with 1/2 cup milk(thermos)
- i only drink 1 cup at break fast, but 5 more throughout the day

(9am)
120 g flaked tuna with
1 tbs 1/2 fat mayo
1tbs relish
2 slices whole grain flax seed bread
600 ml water

(12pm)
120 g flaked tuna with
1 tbs 1/2 fat mayo
1tbs relish
2 slices whole grain flax seed bread
1 orange
1 apple
600 ml water

(3pm)
200 g fat free yogurt
1 banana
1/4 cup almonds
600 ml water

(6pm)
8-10 oz chicken breast, pork chops, or steak
1 cup brown rice or a baked potato
1 cup steamed mixed veggies
1 cup salad with 1 tbs fat-free viniagrette
600 ml water

7pm - 9pm = GYMBO!

(9pm)
2 scoops allwhey pro with 2 cups milk
600 ml Water with Animal Pak
1/4 cup air-pop-corn
1/4 cup margerine

Bed by 11pm.

Let me know what anyone thinks i could add or subtract from this? I'm always up for trying new things, i eat anything and everything, just try not to i suppose... but yeah, any feedback would be wonderful. I'm gonna go over all my particular ingredients and try to get a calorie count for my next post.

Now for the goodstuff!

Week 1-8, 900mg test-e
Week 1-8, 40mg var daily

Im 4 weeks in now, pretty basic, but just got a hold of some teste 400, tren ace, and clen, and wondering when/where to throw them in and at what dosage. Im thinking of just making it a 16 week program, 6-16 being 800 mg teste or something and adding clen and/or tren somewhere in there? First time trying to shred so could use any cycle suggestions you have. Usually just use test-e and var but would like to find some abs for once! Let me know what you guys think, about the workout, diet, and cycle, pros/cons, changes, additions etc. Also for PCT i have Aromasin, Nolva, and Clomid, so if theres any ideas out there about starting PCT pre/post last pin and what combo is best let me know. I'll post almost every night so i'll be in touch! Can't wait to hear your Thoughts! MEETSAUCE:yeah

Your diet needs work
20%bf / 22years old / 900mg testE wk = bad idea and you should save the tren for another cycle, I honestly cant believe it says 1/4 cup margerine on your diet, anyway bro its late and Im tired & will check back tomorrow and see if someone has helped your diet~BC

I think you are overtraining arms... For me the max sets i was doing for biceps was 16 and 16 for triceps.. And i grew over that ... some people will say stay 12 sets max .. but for me its 16.. If you want to keep your exercices .. just do 3 sets of each instead of 4.. For the Arms only.. For pecs id change cable cross-overs for pullovers .. cause i personally think cross-overs sucks.. Also you should put your bicep and triceps in the same day, just superset them if you dont want to stay 2 hours in the gym.. And for your back, its a bigger muscle than your pecs.. why train it less than pecs?? Do a back only day and shoulders only day.. For back id do this :
Lat pulldowns ( i prefer pullups )
Straight arm extention ( pullie ) for lats
Barbell Rows
T Bar Rows
Deadlift

For your shoulder day id do this :

Shoulderpress (barbell or db) (4sets)
Lateral raises (3sets)
Front raises (3sets)
Pecdec machine rear flys for posterior delt (3sets)


For the diet:

(6 am)

Thats alot of protein bro... 1 scoop of allwhey u got about 24g i guess idk just guessing.. 2 cups of milk you have 18g .. 1 cup egg whites you have 28g... 1/2 cup oatmeal you have 5g .. 1 cup milk you have another 9g and ur 1/2 cup you have 4g.. So total of 88g protein in morning. In morning i personnaly get 53g protein and 80g carbs ( oats ) and protein is my whey isolate shake.. but ur bigger , so if you eat all this and dont feal bloated then just listen to ur body.. nothing else will guide you better.. For the rest all i say is dont mix fat with carbs.. because of insulin spike, and you dont want fat with insulin, it will store it.. For your cycle id do your test longer than 8 weeks only because its long ester.. use it for 12 weeks or longer.. id have hcg during cycle also for your balls and for you to restore quicker on pct.. Do 250ui e3d sub-q. you can start now.. and yes you can add clen. I dont know this drug it never really interested me but im starting to look on it cause i might try it soon, maybe for my pct since it has some anti-catabolic properties. Or if you want to use it for pct you can do 3on/3off and work it out to your pct .. so lets say : 10-13 On 13-16 OFF 16-19 (pct) ON 19-22 ( PCT ) OFF .. id do ephedrine during your OFF time on pct.. but thats my opinion .. Thats all i can say :P Let the vets come in and criticize your cycle :)

So thanks for the replys BC and skyblob! im gonna take both of your advice cause you both seem to make a lot of sense! As for your comments BC, i will definitely add some protein at my 3pm meal, im thinking of dropping the shake in the morning, and adding it to my 3 pm meal seeings as sky pointed out i already have over 80 g of pro for breakfast. I might also substitute a cup of fat free cottage cheese with some veggies(snap peas or carrots) to dip in, i think its about 28g of protein. I might also just fit in the cottage cheese/veggies at 9pm meal because your definitely right, the margerine has to go!!:( it just tastes so good once it hits the lips!:popc2 But other than that i might also scratch the eggs in the morning, leave the shake, and maybe add a few hard boiled ones to my 3pm meal instead? Let me know what you guys think, and i'll check out that link and count the cals and pro and fat and try to set it up so i dont mix carbs with fat and store it due to the insulin spike.. If anyone else has any nutrition tips or foods i might like to try feel free to post!

Now for the wokout! So i am glad you threw the fact that i was overtraining arms out there skyblob, cause i was not enjoying full days of arms, felt like i was wasting time almost, and mixing back with whoulders was devestating and not nearly enough shouldy's! or back for that matter, and i love back. So for this week im gonna try it out your way! Im gonna dummy chest tonight as usual i think, and i'll probably give pullovers a shot instead of crossovers. Tomorrow i will do bis/tris together, probably wont superset, maybe at the end for a pump and burnout, but most likely just 3 exercises for each or something then one superset at the end. And abs of course. Then weds/thursday/friday will be legs/back/shouldy's??? or back/shouldy's/legs??? I would like to do legs fridays but kind of kills them for the weekend. Does anyone know which set up would be better for gains overall? Anyways, I am gonna use skyblobs shoulder and back workouts for this week anyways, keep my legs the same, maybe drop the deadlifts cause i'll be doing them on back day, but if anyone has any other constructive criticism let me know!

As for cycling, if there are any vets out there that have suggestions for the products i have got my hands on it would be much appreciated if you could send me your recipes! Again i have 20 mL t400, 10mL t300 left, 50x50 mg clen, 50x50mg clomid, 50x40mg nolva, 50x25mg aromasin, and 50x25mg var left... i'm on 900mg/wk teste 300 now, and 50mg var(40 above was a typo). Any suggestions would be great! Btw, i like your ideas for pct sky, would really like to star clen today but i'm gonna wait for now, do more research, hear what others have to say. Oh and why does 20%bf/22yrs/900mg teste = bad news BC? i think my bf% stats are high, they arent recent, but i will get proper numbers asap! Im off to pump tho! Talk to you all Later!

I just have to say your username is great! You sound really motivated and your really into it and eager to learn. I think you have some research to do, nobody is going to become your personal online trainer/nutritionist/doctor. Flip through the forum and read use the search button ask simple one line questions to get a response instead of a series of fifty questions in one paragraph(its overwhelming). I can see You are starting to figure it out from your comments!


Oh and why does 20%bf/22yrs/900mg teste = bad news BC?

You are to young and fat to do steroids and 500mg/week of test only is recomended for fist cycle. You could shut down your natty test production hard and the high bf% makes you more prone to sides, bitch tits, gyno, zits, hair loss, etc... so you better keep your diet and training on track! drink lots of water, stay away from poison like margerine, salt, booze and sugar. Eat lots of Lean protein and green vegies....READ!

Hahaha thanks for trying not to be so blunt BC!! But i will definitely try to keep posts short and sweet from now on, maybe people other than you and sky will actually reply?? Anyone? Anyone? Haha but of course i have a lot to learn, and much research to do. Knowledge = POWER! ..among other things.. hehehe:tu And yes i am very motivated and dont plan on slowing down anytime soon!

This is not my first cycle tho, my first one was actually just var, if thats even considered a cycle? Then this past fall i did 10 weeks of exactly as you say 500mg/wk, teste 250, 1ml every monday/thursday... again i added the var at 50mg, and used nolva and aromasin for pct, then zma, cla, and tribulus to help my little guys recover... started the new year off clean, did a liver detox and shit just in case, and now i thought i'd bump up the dosage for the summer and add some clen into the mix! But maybe 900mg/wk is too much? anyone else care to comment?

Anyways, the good news is i'm not as fat as i thought i was!! I just did a body fat calculator test via healthcentral.com and depending on how accurate it is(it says between 2% higher/lower), My bf% is 14.5%, that is I have 35.5 Pounds of fat and 209.5 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water). So according to this am I still too fat? or just too young? Lemme know, lovin your input tho BC!:greet

Thats a much better bf% and probably more acurate cosidering how active you are. I bet you would get some good responses from the vets if you posted in the other sections, for some reason they dont come in here much. If your question is diet related use that forum, steroid related=steroid forum, bodybuilding etc... your not a beginner, so its time to move on son, have a good one.

hey meetsauce, these guys are right, 900 is way to much for anyone IMO, I'd say its also a waist of money , and I can't see it giving you much better results then 600/wk, you'd be much better off to run a longer cycle lower dose.

Here is my take 4 day a week of train is more than fine.Training 2 on 1 day off is great,but i don't know your work hour.
To help you get cut,you can have 2 scoop of Protein,but the milk should go lactose is a form of sugar.How much cardio are you doing.Fruit should be replaced with veggie(salad).Even your bread can go,replace it with brown rice.
Test you will be fine at 500-600mg a week,since this is your second cycle.You can save your tren for another cycle,lets say your third cycle.

Sounds good guys, thanks for the tips! I dropped to 1ml shots twice a week, feels just fine, strength is still way up! I work mon-friday, 7am -330pm so i like keeping it at 5 days a weeks just to keep routine and my diet in check during the work week. Usually my weekends go for shit but i still eat healthy, just not as often, and trying not to drink as much...:( vodka water when i do tho! :) But yeah thanks for the nutrition tips ST, i will drop the fruit for carrots and snap peas i think, probs dip em in some cottage cheese or something, more pro! The milk is already gone, been mixing my shakes with water for the past couple weeks, **** milks expensive and your right about the sugar... Not sure if i can drop the bread for brown rice with my tuna sandwiches tho? Might just start eating straight tuna from the bowl! Other than that any other tips would be great, im gonna re-post my refined diet and workout for you all to take a look at by the end of the week, also separately in the bb and nutrition forums so you'll be able to find them there as well! Oh and im definitely gonna save the tren and t400 for next cycle!:hu Just added clen to this cycle, only about 4 weeks left of t300 cause i started to high, but im thinking 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, eca stack on the off weeks, then maybe again with pct.. let me know your thoughts, first time trying this stuff, anyways enjoy the pumps boys!

Will imo 1 glass of milk wont kill you.. per day! Im on keto diet for summer cutting an i still have my 1 glass of milk in the morning with my protein shake with some peanut butter and i add heavy cream.. with ice and mmmm good tasty fat protein shake haha :P I have about 20g carbs in there and the rest of the day i have another 21carbs so im about 41 carbs total per day.. w/e off topic haha! umm yes clen is a good add i think! never tried it but im interested into trying it in my current cycle.. will 3on 3off and try to be on during pct! Good luck n give us news bro!

So here's my new workout for any of you out there that would like to comment, criticize, or compliment! Depending on the day and how the workout is going i might increase reps for some exercises as my goal is cutting but maintaining size, and i feel like the more the merrier when it comes to reps for cutting! I usually keep it at a 12 rep max though... Anyways, i'm currently working out 5 days per week (mon-fri) because it helps me keep a routine along with work (7am-330pm). I usually hit the gym about 7pm-9pm all 5 days however im thinking i might start going 4pm-6pm instead, i just have a couple broads i meet for cardio from 7-730, keeps me motivated!:lick Anyways, that being said i spend 30min spinning and 90min lifting! I'm doing one ab exercise at the end of every workout and switching it up everyday. Any feedback would be great, whether my reps and/or exercises are too much or too little etc. I might even switch my days up to mon/tues/weds/fri/sat, with thurs/sunday off to split, but not sure whether i'll ever make it to the gym saturday..? Anyways let me know what you guys think, Enjoy the pumps! Here it is...
