Interesting indeed, I wonder what vets think about this.

Lab studies and experimentation dont always translate into real life athletics. It may sound logical etc but the proof is in the pudding. Anyone willing to eat every 6 hours dieting for a national or pro show? anyone? anyone? Bueller?

Im hungry after 2-3 hours .. But im thinking about doing this :

1st meal : 100G prot / 0 carbs / 10-15 fat ( just to stimulate Prot Synthesis )
2nd meal : 3 hours after : 30g Prot and 60g Carbs / 0 Fat
3rd meal : 3 Hours after : 100g Prot / 0 carbs / 10-15 fat ( to restimulate )
4th meal : 3hours after : 30g prot and 60g Carbs / 0 fat
5th Meal : 3 hours after: 100g Prot/ 0 carbs / 10-15 fat ( again restimulate )
6th meal : 3 hours after : 30g prot ( cottage ) 0 carbs / minimum fat

390g prot / 120g carbs / 45 fat = about 2445 cals at 220 pounds 5ft9 16% bf. Id do also carb cycling. Some days i up carbs and lower prot and fat.. and other days i lower carbs and up fat and prot..

What you think on this?

I'm in a very similar boat 5'10 225 13%'ish by the calipers. What are your food choices to support the diet? I'm guessing I'd lose about a pound a week for a couple of months on a diet like this till my body stalled. This doesn't include the weight I'd lose dumping water from the reduced carbs. Say 8-10 pounds of fat in about 8 weeks. I probably wouldn't carb cycle on 120 grams of carbs a day.

I'm curious what others will think.

So many "opinions" no wonder the people stating out are confused. I try and live by the "don't like yourself get hungry and don't let yourself get full"
