Good evening everyone,

New poster here. My name is Bryan and I live in BC. I have competed in one event ( Fame West 2008 ) and placed second in my class. I also run a Cardio Core Bootcamp. I am about to compete in a small show in 2 weeks in Nanaimo BC. I am leaner and harder than the last show.

Those were from a week ago. Down about another 3lbs since than. Wish me luck!!!

Hey Bryan, i took a look at the website for that show youre doing...do they always do a polygraph or is it usually just piss tested? If they do both thats pretty thorough considering its a smaller novice show with no affiliation...seems like an interesting contest with a good tournout

I have never done this show before so its a new thing for me. I agree though its a pretty strict test. Nothing I have to worry about though.

I am 6'2 178lbs right now. When I started dieting I was 228lbs.

I'll have a check of that natural section and if I can contribute I will for sure.
