things are going well......In this contest i feel ok, i did everything i could and i definitely wont be first , a few great guys showed up dammit...lol..
Either way, I am having a blast....big time....I know what i need to do if i want to go again....get bigger...Ill decide later if ill do this again, for now, im diggin it, but its a lot of damn hard work...haha
On a much more positive note, my girl is kicking major ass...WOW, she stands out so much its rediculou...Im so proud of her and have always said she can go far if she wants it...

bottom 2 pics....left side is myself and the flapper...flapjack...awesome, awesome guy.....other 2 dudes are my comp...great, great guys, look phenomonal as well....made some friends in these guys i will keep in touch with....Went for dinner with middle guy, hes young and will do great in future, Flapper is real good as well, grat poser and great physique, the guy on the left is a good dude and has a whack of potential as well....Im not sure if guy on left is comfortable sayin who he is, but he is a member here and i found him also to be top notch dude, and pretty sure they both beat me....Im ok with that....Ill put estrogen in their watr supply for next time....lol Or force them into listening to me babble all day....They will fall asleep and ill hit the stage....

Great news folks....I am soooo happy and proud....CC took her class and the overall south alberta, damn, i almost cried....
Myself...not so good....I came last.....the exact spot i didnt want....but what the heck, I recvd amazing feedback....i was told unanimously by the judges if i looked in the morning as i did in the evening i would have been, so much higher, is what they said...but i came last and thats where i sit,,,...
As canadian muscle said, i dropped to much weight to fast the last week and ended up at around 213 at weighins, then dropped more lbs today i got a lil carried away, and didnt really understand what exactly my body woukd do with a diuretic....and i found out...I should say the type of diuretic......I am looking forward to making some good gains and givin er shit again next yr...

Very good stacked class and i was honored to make new friends...The other good feedback i got was i was a funny guy and a real pleasure to have backstage.....So im happy and proud, no excuses, ill do much better next time out, and after the feedback i was vry proud, just a little dissappointed i didnt do a little better for me, and my friends that came...
Bigger and better next yr........Learnd a lot and did my absolute best, thats all i can do...

Sorry to hear bro. You looked great! You must have had some serious competition to look that good and place last. On the bright side you know what it's going to take to get to that point and you'll be able to adjust certain things in your diet prior to the show which will bring you way up like they said.

If you know that you want to do another show than how you placed isn't important. Just as long as you take what you learned and use it to improve for next time. Looked like a really competitive class. For next time, as you know now, if something is working leave it alone. Plus your legs will come in better and better for every show you do. I would imagine those other guys weren't all competing in their first show and that makes a big difference.

It is my understanding (and I may be completely wrong) that the body doesn't normally hold water under the skin. So taking a diuretic tends to draw a lot of water out of areas like the muscle and can significantly detract from your physique. You may find that over the next couple days you look the best you ever have, it's a learning experience. You both did great.

Thanks a lot guys....We really appreciate the kind words in a big way.....
I had a blast, met lots of great people and made some new friends, cant get better than that, a trophy would have been cool, but i had 2 to carry back to the car, i was the hardware handler after the show...lol

This didnt dampen my spirits at all, ill be in form again real soon and get larger and come in totally different next yr, just hope its for the better...lol....back to the gym today, and looking forward to it....Eating clean all week, treats on sundays....

In fact after my feedback session and seeing, my pics and how decent i actually did after dropping 10 lbs in a day,,,,I am way more anxious now and will be more focused than before...I went from possiblt being one of the bigger guys to 213 lbs on friday night.....i still had some vascularity, but couldnt get my muscles to swell or pump, or even feel strong when flexing...
I was dry heaving backstage and felt like death, people were so helpfull as well backstage, i had a blast....CC was running around trying to get towels because she thought i was going to hurl, but there was nothing in there to bring up...
Great competition and congrats to all that came out, and congrats to everyone for making a lifetime memory....:)

I didnt look as good in the morning, judges said if i looked like i did in the night, i would have placed much better...I got off from prejudging and drank some h2o, and diet coke, and ate some food and filled up a bit more, i was pretty friggin flat in the am, lost 11 lbs over 24 hrs, and couldnt get it back....I was WARNED....

IW you looked great as well diretics can really mess you up big time it is almost better to not touch them at all. I am guessing by what you described with the puking what you took I know a lot of seasoned competitors that wont even touch it cause it is like russian roulette.
