good to hear this info iv read outher good reviews but a few more never hurts to hear another I am happy with the iso-flex and soon will be trying out the leutor 70.

Looks like 8 grams of BCAA's and some b vitamins to me.. im sure most people already add BCAA's to there preworkout shake anyway.. doesnt look like anything special.. let us know if u try it and the results...
