I started Var at 40 mg ED 9 days ago then increased to 50mg ED after 6 days. I have enough to run 10 more weeks at 50mg Ed. Should i stick with that and go for an almost 12 week cycle or should i bump it to 60 mg ED for a couple weeks and shorten the cycle up a bit? If so when would be the best couple weeks to bump it up? right at the end or pyramid it and do 60 in the middle and end at 50 or 40? As well what is proper PCT for this cycle? I have a bottle of nolva, what is the best way to run it? 40/30/30/30 with liver support? Any opinions welcome. Thanks guys.

if it was me and you were to ramp it up then do it at the end..
how much do you weigh? what are your current stats? cycle history? that would give me a better idea on if it is worth upping the dosage further or not
pct looks fine.. the last week i'd say you could even just do 20mg ED unless someone else disagrees

im 26 yrs old weigh 185 bf under 15% (not sure exactly) been lifting for 4 yrs steady, diet is on track, carbs only pre and post workout, high protein lots of omega 3's. I lift 3 times a week and train MMA 5 times a week. This is my first cycle. My goals are to maintain current body weight but lower my bf% and replace with some LBM. Thanks for the input.

just curious what would happen if you never did a pct? any long term effects etc

From what i gathered many people belive var alone doesn't require pct because it doesnt convert, and it is belived by many that it doesnt shut you down either, but better safe than sorry, id rather not risk it.

10mg might not shut you down, but dosages of 40mg+ like we normally use will.

Ya, I'd wait 'till the end to ramp up personally if you're doin' that... I'd love to run var sometime, but for price don't know if I ever will. So many inj.'s at better prices that do just as good a job if not better from what i understand.... And the bloody price!!! lol..
Anyways, I would say a PCT of nolva 40/20/20/20 should be good and plenty for a cycle like this, not that I've run var, but judging by research and experience with other (more harsh...??) aas it should be gtg...
Best of luck, and maybe you should start a log and track your progress for us.... There always seems to be lots of questions about Var and Var only cycles... Give a lil' back, ya know?
Peace out homeschool

If you havn't noticed, I tend to ramble on about anything and everything sometimes... my log is an example... lol. It's ok, it is your log.... It's good to see what people are thinkin' about their own cycle as well... Anyways, best of luck with it holmes
