Hey, I am 5'8
180LBS

I have this gut foruming, and want to get rid of it.

My diet hasn't been 100% but I have emptyed my house out and going tomorrow to the whole sale shop to get bulks of food.

So I am trying to cut and I am going to lean towards this plan.

Meat : FISH - (TUNA/SALMON/TROUT..ECT)
Chicken
Lean beef...? notsure is this good once a week?

Whole wheat: Brown rice
2 Slice bread whole wheat
1 Wrap whole wheat

Milk Product: Cottage cheese, Yorgurt

Fruit/Veggie : How much per day???????

Now I don't really want to get Protein shakes and Bars. But if so Casin may be my best bet????

Or any ideas,

Now for non roid product I heard Hydroxcut?

Now I am looking for your input, if this sound right for cutting up or at less losing my gut?

carbs should be reserved for before after training, watch your fruit intake as many are full of high glycemic sugars. I wouldnt limit veggies at all except for starchy ones, yams, potatoes, bananas. ECA is the best over the counter weight cutter. Drink lots of water.

Hey Strung Hung, I took the time to see If you were on cycle and what you have been up to, aparently your on a TNT cycle right? And you are 11%bf and your workout routine looks solid But you have been eating like crap? Your just wasting your time without a good diet. Get some eggwhites and oats for breakfast, canned tuna , skinless chicken breasts, brocoli, spinach, lean beef is ok if you drain it and rinse it, lean cuts of beef, natty penut butter, get some protein Isolate for PWO. Make a plan and stick to it, eat a small meal every 2.5 hours to speed up your motabalizm, you gotta want it man.

5'8 ( I though I was 5'10) but wasn't.
175lb morning hour

Bodyfat last checked, I was 9%.
I think I am at 11 or so now.

I am working working on a diet. I will post up when all in plan.

But for now, that is all I got.

Age -24
Sex - Male
BF% - 12 (I will get a better answer when, I get myself a measuring tape)


Thanks for all the good info, I was feeling abit of power today at the gym, and I am thinking I am losing some fat, cause my body is shaping, It's only been 3.5 weeks and I am sure I am seeing a change, I have a 95% diet, on the ball.

So I will keep up the work and let you know the rest

Dude I understand forsure, about the whole diet man, I had will power for everything but food.

It is hard cause I have a faimly and kids and a wife that doesn't need this, so for me it is hard to follow my own plan, when they all can eat whatever.

I have talked to the wife and said I need to do this, So now I want to really get my will power out and do it. and just prep meal up ( cook rice and eat it with-in 3 days, and so on)

I am on tnt, about 4 wks in, and I have gain some size but have not changed my gut.

Now I plan on getting to the gym 4 days a week forsure and get free weights and cardio and get my diet down.

So I may push my cycle of tnt to 14wks so it cuts out my fvck ups out and I really only fvcked my cycle 2 weeks. if you understand?

Bro, its too soon for you to even be on cycle, probably should have waited a year or two, the only thing you are going to be able to do is burn fat while maintaining what muscle you have, so make the best of it and get some will power, you should see the shit in my fridge that my g/f buys and I never touch it, ****in cakes and icecream, hot dogs just pure shit, you gotta want it. you can do it, use the force, you have the power, never give up, pain is weakness leaving the body...

just eat lean and keep working out and Early morning/empty stomach, low intensity cardio burns fat best dont waste a bunch of money on expensive supps. why not get some protein Isolate from one of our sponsers instead of them and have a post workout shake everyday, It helps alot, you should be able to cut alot of fat in the next 2 months.
Be sure to work your abs to get rid of the gut ya got going.

I would stay away from hydroxycut and muscletech all together i know a pearson who had a stroke caused by hydroxycut and if you do your reasearch ull find its no good im guessing its all that ephedrine

Ya I figured out that alot of them product are bull.

That is why I was going to try not taking shakes, But sometime you need it, when you are in a rush.
