Yo.

My roommate is 5'6" or so, and weighs 160lbs. She wants to get to 120. Imma give her some EC at 8mg/200mg 3x daily. Fasted morning cardio 4-5 times a week. Clen on hand, but will save for later if wanted. Just wondering on what the cals should be at?

Daily food intake:

Lean Beef/Chicken/Fish
Protein Powder
Almonds
Eggs

Any rough estimates? 1600-1800?

EDIT: Oh yeah, one cheat day a week.

Calories and nutrients look good just make sure she eats 5 or 6 times a day andd keep metabolism up. I would hold off on the fat burners right now and wait until she starts stalling out and add slowly down the road to save upping cardio. My wife is on much the same except her stick-to-itness ain't so good. I wish you luck!
