used the var caps
everyone i know was raving about them
didnt feel any different from any other var ive been using with the exception of massive gas and heartburn from them being caps
have a friend running the win caps not to thrilled
they offer one inj as well its prop
packaging is a joke
but like i said the var seemed to work if its all u can find then use it if u can live with the heartburn and gas
if it isnt then stick to whut u know
