Hey im looking to do my first cycle, have done a ph cycle in the past (h-drol). Have done some research on my own and decided that my first cycle should consist of test e and some d-bol to kick start the gains. There seems to be a lot of different ideas about cycle duration and dosages, the members on this board seem to be quite knowledgable and experienced so I would like your guys input. I was thinking of doing d-bol week 1-4 40mg per day, test e week 1-10 @ 500 mg per week. is this cycle to long? to short? how are those doses considering this is my first cycle, im 5' 10" 194 lbs. Thanks for any help

"up the dbol to 50mg ed,(still a low dose) and depending if its 5 or 10 mg you should take it at equal time spaces through out the day for best results
ive also found that 1000 every 8 days is MUCH better for bulking, but also your skin will become alot oilier ive noticed
just a friendly thought "

personally i prefer tren en instead of test en, but everyone's different

For a FIRST cycle???? That's horrible advise!!!!
Stick to the 500mg Test E 10-12 weeks and you'll be great. All you need.

thats why i said everyones different bro, i loved every second of it but it might not be what hes looking for.
ive seen 4 of my buddies use tren en and test en (tnt) for 6 weeks and gain no less than 25lbs there first time.

K, i posted already in another thread you gave cycle "advice" on, to another newbie....this type of "advice" is dangerous and will not be tolerated here. You have your warning...

you have no business giving anyone advise on cycles ...especially after i read about your cycle experience in the beginners forum...and how much of it you lost...
your first cycle was one of the worst i have ever seen...it proved you did no research and know nothing about gear in general..........how old are you?
FYI:
tren is a terrible 1st cycle < which you did
1G of test E8D is a terrible 1st cycle < you recommend
50mg of Dbol is a decent dose for an experienced user < you did & recommend its not alot for 1st time

Whoever told you taking tren at 17-18 is a good idea isn't your friend.
Listening to guys like you makes me want to buy stock in Viagra, I know theres gonna be lots of demand for it. Especially from people who did a gram of test/tren weekly at 17 YO.

Alright bro here it is, your dosages and duration are reasonable and possibly even slightly high for a first time user. Truth is you will grow on less gear. Just make sure your PCT is planned and ready to go and your diet and training are in check and you should be very pleased with the results that you obtain from the cycle you have outlined. Good luck.
