just so know one thinks they are going to die-I have a embarressing/stupid story to share. First off-I always research EVERYTHING I put into my body-on this particular day-my computer would not even power up(its being used for parts now) and I was running some errands at Wal-Mart and some vitamins were 50cents-I bought them allllll-haha. I was impatient waiting only one day for my new computer to be ready-and thought what was the harm in adding one more vitamin-Niacin-to the rest I was taking with my meal...welllllllllllllllllllllllllll-as I was going to run yet another errand-within 3 sec. of leaving the driveway-I zipped back around-My entire body felt like it was on fire- my chest,neck,head,legs-etc.... my red blood cells were haveing a party-l.o.l-I was red-I mean sun-burnt red in colour from my head to my toes-I was sooooooooooo itchy-the panicing did not help-I called pharmacy right away-they said if it lasts more than an hour or two-go to the hospital-welllllll-that didn't help with the anxiety-l.o.l-I calmed myself down and called another pharmacy-and spoke to someone that spoke clearer english-and said it was not life-threatening-I was going through a Flushing Process-and just go to Doctors if it lasts more than and hour or two(I didn't ask why though) Well after about an hour and the teeth chattering chills went away-I was fine. Moral of the story-#1-patients is a virtue-I should of waited for my new computer and researched it first....#2. just because it was 50 cents-doesn't mean I should of bought up alllllllll the vitamins in the store-haha. #3 Always remain calm-and even though I did something totally stupid-it was smart shareing this-so someone else isn't so duhhhh-l.o.l #4-don't be afraid to admit when u r a dumb-ass-hehe(P.S-also learned there is flush-free Niacin-which would of avoided all of this-it must of been reg. price-haha) oh well-live and learn-sooo glad I lived to tell about it-haha (yes-this was loooonnng-sorry-for exhausting ur pupils):):mock

LOLOL!!!! I did exactly the same thing a few months ago. 500mg of Niacin and I actually felt the "flush" spreading through my body. At first, I thought, "cool, it's actually working", then I thought "shit, this is getting HOT", then I thought "mother of god, I'm gonna DIE here!!!" Hahahaha...glad I'm not the only one:)

yup many have had it and those that are unaware of the flush.... think they are going to die

it is a wonderful supplement and what you are feeling is your vessels dilating and flushing toxins from otherwise constricted vessels that are harboring them... this causing your body to react with histamines which creates itching and flushing. its cool and great for you

Ya need to call me girl next time you go shopping. Niacin is for vascularity and flush before you go on stage. Usually a bottle of this stuff is hardly used accept for the few hours you take it before going on stage.

I felt the same issues...my skin was on fire..I felt I wanted to dig my nails into it. I was eddgy and thought I might have a nervous break down.

IMO.......use Red Wine before going on stage..it works as well for bringing out vascularity and giving you the attiturde that is needed. IM YOur MAN.
