This is the second time it's happened to me. I'm trying to pass an order, and they're requesting a ridiculous amount of information to validate my identity. They have the # on the back of my CC, my 3 past addresses, none of which they claim are in their database, an electronic copy of my credit card report and they're still being jerks about it.
