I realize that AAS are very useful in cutting: not to burn fat but rather to retain muscle as you lower your calories below maintenance.
I'm currently sitting at 217lbs around 13% bf - I have decent mass so I'm thinking the next cycle should be used to cut (I have test-e, eq and anavar on hand) but:
All my past cycles have been bulkers. I have this mentality that you have to eat BIG when on AAS in order to make the most of them. I feel like I'll be "wasting" the opportunity if I'm on a cutting diet while on..I know it doesn't make sense but mentally, how do you guys deal with the urge to grow while on AAS?
