Test-E Pain

I find that may Test-e shot is painful for about 4 days. Feels like someone hit me with a baseball bat. The test-e shot for the doc did really bother me that much. Is this normal?

were you nervous and wiggled the needle a bit?

Its different as it is from an UGL. 1.5in needle in the glute, not nerves, straight in straight out. Same result last week in the quad.
