Ok so a few weeks ago while shopping I realized you can get an entire pre-cooked Rotisserie Chicken for $8.50 which seems like an awesome deal since the price on just two good sized chicken breasts is $7.50-$8.00. I just rip off the skin and tear the meat off and it makes for two decent sized meals and I dont even have to cook the damn thing.

But I was wondering, is the dark meat really that different that the breast meat when it comes to fat content, especially since its rotisserie?

It is higher in fat, yes, but it is chicken and I would eat the whole damn thing.

it's also basted in butter while its cooked. I'd stay away unless you're dirty bulking imo.

dont really get your post, but if i was inclined to eat the cack im sure i would manage?

i've heard that kid gravy is high in protein content, would save money on BCAA's...

Buy a whole turkey when it's not a holiday, rip off the skin and the fat, and throw it in the oven covered in foil for a few hours. I bought an 18 pound turkey for around $20 last time - was good for 10 days with me eating it twice daily.
