Hi guys,
I've been reading here and on another forum for some time researching and such. Been working out on and off since high school and the last year been going 4 days a week and found myself pretty serious about it.
I'm 35, 5'11 and 221 lbs. and 16% bf. I was at 28% bf but with some help on another forum I just got my diet in check and things are looking better.
My gym days are monday, wednesday, friday and sunday with a 20 min. cardio after each workout.
Monday past I started my first cycle. I wanted test e at 500mg/wk with nolvadex for pct but was having a hard time finding some so I went the m1t route....
I'm taking 10 mgs/day of m1t...nothing happening yet. I'm also taking milk thistle (liver), saw palmetto (prostate), st.john's wort (lethargy).
I'm thinking on monday I'll up to 20 mgs/day split up if nothing kicks in yet.
Hoping to learn much more from you guys as things progress.
