First off let me say im Friggin stoked to finally find a canadian board eh! lol

So let me jump right to da buisnasss.

HISTORY:
7 years training, last 3 seriously
Last cycle was over a year ago
3 previous cycles as follows:
-12 weeks 500mg/wk test E
-12 weeks Sust 125mg EOD w/ 6 weeks winny 50mg ED from week 9 untill PCT
-12 Weeks Test Cyp 500mg/w & 4 week 50mgED DBol kickstart

All followed by a PCT as follows:
40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid ED
30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid ED
20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid ED
From week 8-pct HCG @ 500iu E4D

STATS:
25 years
195
17% bf (a little on the high side )
Currently Prepping to get onto a cutting diet which i have all sorted out. Once i have this proposed cycle reviewed.

Cycle:
Weeks
1-12 Test Prop 100mg EOD
1-8 Cytomel(T3) 100mcg ED (4 Day Ramp up & Down)
1-8 Clenbuterol 100mcg ED (Or Ramp Up To Max Tolerance)
2-8 Ketotifen 2mg ED (Taken Before bed)
6-12 Winstrol 50mg ED
8-12 Pregnyl(HCG) 500iu E4D

PCT (Starting 3 days after last pin)
40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid ED
30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid ED
20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid ED

Goal: Strip off as much bf as possible, lean out and harden up, while holding onto all my lbm.

Considering using the P90X program during this cycle, recieved a free copy and all documents including nutrition guide from a buddy who just completed it, and it cut him up something fierce. ???

Interesting cycle I wouldnt mind trying some T3 I dont know what the sides are really need to look into it. Can you please do some before / after pics? and post a sample diet?

and you left out the most important part..your detailed diet? Do not use the p90x nutrition program...it is laughable. post your propsed diet and let us help you with it here.

I plan on doing a complete log, with weekly, if not daily updates. Ill def post up my diet and all the details when i start my log... im not going to be cycling until late july...as im travelling for the next little while

alright, gimme a bit to post up diet and what not.......allthough i was planning on using the program itself...i need a chaange of pace, and it seems to be very effective when used strictly to cut, in all honesty i wasnt planning on using the nutrition guide, although i actually found it to be fairly decent...

DIET:

Meal 1:
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax)

Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein

Workout

Meal 4:
PWO Nutrition (40-60 grams whey protein, and double the amount of whey in carbohydrates (50% dextrose/50% maltodextrin))


Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

Meal 6:
Shake with Flax

aiming to consume approximately 300 grams protein, 100 grams Carbs, and 35 grams of fat
i may restrict my carb intake more depending on how i fell and how my workouts go.
it is not more specific because this is my guidline, the specific source of protein carbs and fats will vary....fish,steak,eggs, ect ect.
APROX 1900 CALORIES

well everyone is different but if it was me the calories are too low.. i think you have too many shakes... and i think flax is bad fat source and personally opt for other fat sources..

THIS POINT, SIMPLY GETTING REALLY LEAN, TONED, AND CUT-UP. IM INTERESTED IN

YOUR THOUGHTS... I PLAN A LEAN BULK CYCLE LATER ON IN THE YEAR WHERE I WILL

FOCUS ON PUTTING ON SOME SOLID MUSCLE.
