i need some help tell me what u guys think...

i started a cycle

week 1-4 dbol
week 1- now test e 250mg E3D

So everything went great i went from 170 to 200 the first month. strength was going up crazy. my parents came to visit exactly on the end of week 4, i dropped the dbol the day the came i still worked out but not as much and as intense for the 2 weeks they where here. i felt some strength loss when they where here but not much. i also got up too 205-210 it took me about a week and a half after they left too get back into routine and focus 100%. i been back 100% the pastweek and my strength is still going down every work out WTF? i still eat the same and work out the same throughtout this whole cycle. im on like week 8 now. what should i do up the dose? drop the cycle? and go into pct. cruise at low dose and start another cycle. i havent gotteen any side effects. no gyno no breakouts. maybe a lil ball shrinkage but it might be in my head? advice apreciated! thanks for ur time!

Are you upping your cals to accomodate the new muslce mass and harder workouts being done recenlty? That`s alot of weight you`ve gained. Gotta rest more also.

it's normal for you to lose weight + strength after dropping dbol...don't panic. Set yourself some small goals in the gym...even if it's adding 1 rep to a certain exercise from one workout to the next, you're still improving. When you've reached your max rep count, then up the weight a bit...as for nutrition, monitor closely your cal intake (the macronutrient breakdown also) and try to play with it a bit to determine the amount that gives you the best results energy and strength wise...you want to keep the cals up, but you don't want to get fat either ;)

How long are you planning on running your cycle for?...I say def. don't drop the test now as it's only really fully kicked in about a couple weeks ago... presuming that your pretty new to aas, ~600mg/week is a good dose, so I don't think you should up it...just concentrate on those improvements in the gym and it will come don't worry...

And a small tip...extreme strength + weight gains on a certain substance = the exact same thing in reverse when you come off...+ the neg. psychological effects from such a drop, to boot......maybe explore other options for kickstarting your future cycles?

Cheers

strength from test needs time to get rollin... give it a couple more weeks (assuming you have been on it for the last 4 weeks)

just a suggestion... you should look into running adex at .25mg ED when water weight becomes excessive, or throughout the whole cycle to elimnate the water retention all together, or at least a vast majority of it.

additionally, the water weight your currently holding most likely will not subside untill post cycle...

just my 2 cents brotha

your diet is not appropriate. The calories might be fine, but what they consist of needs improvement.
Eat more meat, more chicken, **** go kill a farm and eat it man. Screw your 800 cal shakes,,, and start eating like a man in your weight class.
You didnt say how many meals you are eating, but it you don't appear to space it into 5-6 meals as well.
