Off to London! I only have the cam on my BB but will be back stage so will snap pics as much as possible and upload when can. Sorry in advance for the shit quality on the pics!

For the record, I have high hopes for my boy to take middle weights. He took it in Miss. on May 23 as well as overalls but we all know Provincials are a different beast!

I actually wont be this year. Heading to Montreal for a weekend with my man. Good luck to all those competing can't wait to see the pics. :)

Ron White or something along those lines took the heavies and overall.. the guy looked like phil heath.. he ended up getting 3 trophies.. master mens, heavies and overall..
