Wow, I don't know if it's because I'm newly a father (6 week old daughter), or because I"m "on", but I read that and just wanted to do bad things to this JT character and his friends... I would probably do the "wrong" thing if I found him, but it would feel right, and a jury would be understanding I'm sure...

If you do go hunting and find him you have to be serious, no half assed "stay away from my daughter" bullshit. He must be very scared and very hurt when you're done with him, other wise it will be even worse for her. I'd give it some real thought before doing this though, last resort sort of thing.

if i was you i would:

1) delete your post
2) get cash- buy something for your friends, they give u the cash back, DONT use a bank card to withdrawl
3) buy a bus ticket with YOUR CC to another province, get an unemployed friend(shouldnt have to mention trustworthy), send him on a little trip with your CC so he racks up some spending
4) borrow a car NOT a rental
5) if JT is a punk, he probably lives in a shithole with more punks, no need to get stabbed by 5 kids, so wait for him to leave by himself
6) either prented you want drugs and get him in your car OR just get him in the trunk
7) have a location for your chat planned out, make sure you wont get any unexpected visitors

I've had this conversation as a hypothetical with a few friends before and consensus for dealing with the situation is this:

1) He needs to understand that if he or anyone he knows ever laid a hand on your little girl there is no end to the pain that the people in his life will endure. His life will not be harmer but if he has a sister, a mother, a father, grandparents, etc they will be in grave danger. You need to do your background work for this to happen. Punks may be punks but very few will have to balls to do something if they know the outcome to their family. This only works if your background work reveals he IS close or at least keeps in touch with his family, etc.

2) Physical voilence towards him right off the bat. Send a clear message that you andf your family is not to be ****ed with. An easy solution but one with a serious drawback in that payback is a real bitch.

Given how I grew up we always favoured #1 when possible. Most can deal with broken bones or cuts or whatevers but very few - even thugs - can deal with knowing they caused physical harm to their own loved ones becauxse of their actions. The key to #1 is knowing every single detail about this person's life and those he is close with... where they work, live, when they go to work, what they do for social events, any hobbies, etc, etc. This lets the person know you've done your homework and its not an idle threat... you're able to act because of the details you know.


Trust me when I say #1 works very well.

I believe in the mind ****. Find out Jts address and some of his hangouts, his mom and dads name,his siblings, and maybe a friend or two. Borrow said little shit, take him for a ride, explain to him during the ride that he will disappear, not get hurt, but disappear, and his friends and family, name them and their address, will miss him. Don't forget to let him know that you knowwhere he sleeps, and if your daughter has anymore issues, your friends will have an alibi, and the police will have no reason to suspect you as a possible suspect in his sudden disappearance.

We dont have these roblems where we live thank god I know if it was me i would get dressed up in black roll up on him while me and some boys from my unit are in a rented pannel van jump out wearing baliklavas and drive around beating the **** outta him using phonebooks NO marks lol the strip him down to his boxers ad dump the little ****er out in the middle of knowhere with a very stern warning..that if he ****s with your daughter or her friends again his next stop will be in a hole

Be smart about this. These situations sound great online BUT lets say if you were to ever get caught you would be instantly ****ed and in way more shit then this punk. The sad truth is even with what JT has done to your daughter the Cops can't really do anything at all even though he deserves a good beating for being such a moron and messing with your family.

Make dam sure that your daughter knows how serious this situation is. Make sure that she is not hanging out with anyone who even knows this guy and his friends so the opportunity for your daughter and this JT to cross paths will never even occur. Even though your daughter has told you what happend make sure that you get the whole story. She may be afraid to tell you everything because she might feel embarassed or afraid that you will be angry.

Think this one out and do not make an irrational decision.

do what you have to do, if your worried about getting caught it's already to late you've posted on this forum. If something did happen to him you'll always be a suspect. And if you do end up in jail who'll protect your family while your gone? I'm going through the legal system myself with something like what your going through, I handled it baddly now i have to pay a price. I don't regret anything i did, and it easily could of been alot worse, but i wish i had thought it out a little better.

I got pepper sprayed just the other night, a girl was hitting on me then her brother comes up to me starts telling me off, I ddint know what the **** was going on, then one of my friends runs up punches her brother, then this girl pulls out some pepper spray and gets both us. I couldnt breath or see, i had to go home and shower. that ended my night pretty early haha

I have got to say haveing a daughter is the sweetest thing a guy will ever have. You'll miss out on one of the greatest joy's in life.

I put my daughter in martial art's at a very young age, she's now a third degree black belt. I know, it's no guarente of anything, but it does give her an edge. I've seen her take a guy out twice her size for makeing racial comments to her friend. She kicked the poor bastard so hard in the head he was bleeding out his ears.
