I get that from stress. Starts with the eyelid, later on it's my right quad muscle. Annoying as hell.

Like Robi said its probably just a stress reaction, happens to me sometimes but I havent had it happen on cycle yet I doubt its specifically related to AAS.

Agreed but I have absalutely no stress in my life right now. Eat/train/****/go to the beach/sleep~repeat
I just hope it goes away, maybe tren will cure it?

Ya, same here man. Never put the two together 'till you mentioned it (kinda forgot about it, as it was about 6 months ago now). Went away though, but ya it was as annoying as shit!

I get that from time to time although I haven't noticed it in the last few weeks (since I started this cycle...) I've never put the two together and I can't remember if I've ever had it bad while on.

I think it probably more related to stress or exhaustion.

I was in an altercation with some dude on the weekend and my eye as twitching and I was wondering why. Know I might know why.

Dehydration can cause the spasms. It is a pain in the a$$.

You have early MS, PD or you lack pottasium. Eat more bannanas a day. Eye twitching is a sign of a very bad neuological disease or lack of pott. In your case it's probably lack of pott. When you work out hard you need to eat a lot of bannanas.

I had this all through highschool and never did AAS but played two competitive sports and was hitting the gym too. It was retarded my eylid would twitch and my calves and forarms (not all at once, just one at a time), it would usually happen when I was in class or watching TV. The doctor said it was fatigue and minor dehydration and mineral loss. More sleep and hydration and minerals was the recomendation. It usually goes away and is nothing serious.

What do you mean by MS & PD? Anyway I dont do pott, not for years and I put 1 bannana in my PWO shake everyday and take a multi. 4-6 liters of water a day. Any way thanks for everyone who chimed in, I dont feel like such a freek now.

Stress Is a definete factor for me. Someone else said dehydration as well.

I used to only get that the day after getting sh!tfaced, but it was only during a year that I was under alot of stress.
