Ok so test prop and I don't like each other AT ALL. Whenever I shoot quads I'm literally crippled; can't bend my legs at all. Shooting delts, I get a sting for a day and can't do shoulder presses but I can do all other work. Shooting glutes is also not fun, I can bend my knees but I can't go to parallel on squats and can't go heavy.

It's a prop issue I think because i've tried several bottles from several labs and have cut it with tren and have also used >0.5ml and it still has the same effect.

So i'm gonna give my legs a break and focus on upper body and throw in a leg workout when I can .

I'm looking for a a new split that hits chest twice a week or per 8 day rotation. I'm thinking of going low reps/heavy on one of those and high reps/light/high volume on the other.

Anyone got a sample split that maybe worked for them in the past?

no legs??? just swap the prop for another short ester. Without legs you have no foundation for the rest of your body

I agree with this but depending on how developed your legs are already then a break isn't necessarily a bad thing. I've just started back after 8 months not training them. Granted mine was forced due to injuries and had I not been injured I would have continued to train them but depending on the level of development you can take a break if its for a good reason (injuries, balance out the body proportions, etc).

Maybe bake your gear or cut it with sterile oil? IDK but I know that you know legs are really important bro, anyway it shouldnt be to hard to figure out a good split to get chest in there twice in seven days.
day 1
chest and tri's~heavy
day2
Rest~cardio
Day 3
back and bi's
Day 4
Rest~cardio
day 5
chest and tri's`light
Day 6
Shoulders
Day 7
Rest~cardio

LOL the more I try to figure it out the more ****ed up it gets, anyway GL bro.

I'm against baking gear because I don't think it works the way people think. Many HG companies use BA up to 10% with no pain...it isn't BA that's causing it but high hormone/impurities. I think baking just kills some of the hormone making it less painful.

That's not a bad split...i like it cuz its 4 days but I'd also have to throw in abs in there and it might be much on some days. I am bulking so no cardio.

I just thought of this one...any thoughts:

1) chest - heavy
2) back + abs
3) off
4) Tris + chest (light)
5) bis + traps
6) shoulders + abs
7) off

i like the split, but im also an advocate of BI/TRI training on same day

mebbe something like

4) Tris + bis
5) chest(light) + traps
6) shoulders + abs
7) off

OR
switch 4 & 6 to give your arms well deserved rest & growth

chest/calves

How about dont pin legs? or do you need an excuse not to train them?

Damn... I dont think I could handle not training legs, its just seems so wrong .I would ditch the prop and try something else, anything that stops you from actually training cant be worth the benifits imo.

This is more or less my split now except with a scheduled leg day after shoulders. I'd really like to try chest twice a week.

Legalize that looks decent. I might do mine for 4 weeks then switch into that one for the next 4.

There's no time to switch into another ester. i'm 6 weeks into prop with another ~7 weeks of tren left. First time and last time with prop. I'm just trying to make the most out of the cycle.

I have 6 pin spots on legs (2 for each quad + glute per leg). It'll be hard to find 6 other spots that won't sting as much just so I can train legs

Yeah, 6 weeks off for legs probably isint a big deal really.

I would just drop the arm day and split arms onto the chest/back days.

Chest/Calves
Back/Tri
off
Chest/Bi
Shoulders
off

My split

1 back
2 shoulder Biceps
3 off / fun fun run run
4 legs
5 chest triceps
6 off / cardio you know / ffrr
7=1 all over again

every body part is hit once over 6 days with lots of rest

good luck

You could add legs on day 7 again ( light and different exercises )

I'm impatient so I did it. Should have split it up into 2 sides...i have a hunch that 2mls of prop and tren into a fresh spot won't make me happy tomorrow =(
