Hey Guys, I have done a couple of cycles, EQ 500, and Proviron, 2nd Test 500, Eq, Anavar. Looking for a cycle to gain some lean mass not to much water retention any suggestions. EQ and Proviron seed to work O.K kept a solid five pounds.

Welcome to the board, Tell us a bit more about yourself, how old are you? How serious do you train? How is your diet? Maybe its time to try a test/tren cycle?

first of all if i were you id lose the eq, its good but not good enough for the gains/price. only time i use eq is for the off season when your just trying to keep your gains, works really good for that.

here's my last cycle:

w1: 200mg tren en every 3 days
w2: 200mg tren en every 3 days, 50 mg dbol everyday
w3: 300mg tren en every 3 days, 50 mg dbol everyday
w4: 300mg tren en every 3 days, 30 mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w5: 300mg tren en every 3 days, 25-30 mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w6:300mg tren en every 3 days, 10 mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w7:200mg tren en every 3 days, 10 mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w8:200mg tren en every 3 days, 10 mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w9: 25mg dbol everyday, 300 mg eq every 2 days
w10 and afterwards, 300 mg eq every 2 days

i used this cycle for my first time and went from 183-227 by 6 weeks, its now been 14 month since then and the eq has helped considerably to harden and keep the weight around. i stopped using the eq after 8-9 months it was a bitch to loose 28lbs but ohh well i stand at 198 solid now. give it a try if you like

A little more info. I'am 5 11 200lbs 20 percent body fat. I do a lot of submission wresting, 4 days a week and lift 3 days a week program from Randy Couture's trainner, some workouts are strength and endurance, some low reps increase in weight. Me weight division does not let me get above 205 in season. Turning the dreaded 37 very soon.

you need to get your BF down before using AAS...
and I agree with pseclint....the suggested cycle sucks...i see why this is the beginners forum.....you need to start with 500mg test e for 12 weeks....nice and simple...and good PCT to keep gains.
