How much weight did you put on during your first cycle, Im talking pounds, muscle, fat, water whatever.

i have a feeling the only reason your asking is so you can get an idea how much you will.

The only way your gonna find out the answer to that is to wait until the end and then look at the numbers.

But either way, i went from 191 to 212 haha

24 pounds... which definitely was not all muscle...
Dropped about 5-6 pounds rigfht after and maintained it pretty much.. until I seperated my shoudler, but yeah.

22 pounds.....lost 26 of it

First Cycle I gained maybe 15lbs and kept around 8lbs. All lifts went up substantial. Was not impressed with the lab, Second cycle ran differant lab and my weight went up 23lbs and kept 14lbs, amazing strength gains though.

When you guys say you lost weight, how long did it take you to lose it?

I put on 25lbs on my last cycle (first cycle in 4 years), I've lost 5lbs and I finished PCT a month ago.

Id say you pretty much have kept it all....your AndrogenReceptors are probably nice and cleaned right out after 4 years. Good job bro!....Are you still lifting hard?

Yeah, it wasn't my first cycle so I knew PCT was going to suck and I prepared myself mentally for it. I kept my calories high (but clean) and still hitting the gym 5 days a week, but I'm in and out in an hour (on cycle, i was working out for 90 minutes and forcing myself to stop).

I haven't lost that much strength either - I'm using the same weights on most exercises as I was while on cycle, except I'm doing 6 reps instead of 8.

i gained 12 pounds the first week and 35 pounds the whole cycle, i kept 25 pounds, got up to 225

my cycle was

week 1-10 test enanthate 500mg/week
week 1-6 dbol 30mg/day

well im curretly on my first cycle in 3 years have put on 27 pounds so far got 8 weeks left yes its a long one i hope at the end to have gained 35 pounds and keep 25 nice results bro!

I gained 20lbs off my first and only cycle to date, and have kept 15lbs so far (finished PCT 3 1/2 weeks ago)
