I have been happy with my diet and work outs since the beginning of the year but still not happy with the fact that I am in that no man's land of 11%bf: not cut and not fat as well.

Last week I started a ketogenic diet (60%fat/40% prot/trace carbs). iI am still learning as this is my 1st time doing it and will probably post in the beginners section after I finish.

Anyways I feel great, I only had cravings during the weekend as I went to 2 parties and I had a few drinks (I mean few) and that prompted a carb craving that lasted 2 days. Lesson learned!

Visually I look better already, I guess that it is only H2O that is gone but helps me to have lettuce with breakfast.

So far so good.:puff

When I go to the gym today I'll weight and measure my advancement.

I look forward to following your progress as I too am a recent convertee. I am about 7 weeks into diet. What one are you following, as there seems to be a few popular variations out there?

Cheers

I am using the same system that CT from T-nation used, his explanations where really good and my biggest hurdle doing this would be the cravings instead of not looking full.

And it is the simplest as well. I intend to do it to up to 6 weeks and them do a Targeted Carb Diet (add carbs only before and after working out.
