Don`t want to sound like a prick, but what are you doing taking steroids if you don`t know this shit by now?
wouldnt it be easier to just discuss it in this thread and get everyones feedback instead of one person through Pm?
unless im missin the hint here haha

Just want advice from someone who has been there. Anyways, I don't feel like I am eating enough. I could defiantly eat more food than I am now but I am scared I will start to put on fat and I do not want to do that.

You dont feel like your eating enough, you could eat more, your not gaining.
what the hell do you want us to say haha.
Eat more. You could either eat all clean foods and bulk to keep fat down, or accept the fact that to put on weight you gotta put on weight, fat and muscle.
why do you think all the big guys shoot up in bodyfat in the off season.

Its a really good idea to get your protein from food and not shakes/powder, Personally I only ever have 1 PWO shake a day and the rest is food, but if your in a bind due to time or whatever protein powder can be easy.

Ill take a different approach here. First, the question is way too general. Dont know your stats, lifting experience, what cycle your talking about, what your goals are, your BF%, etc etc.
The best way to get a good straight answer is to give a very complete question. There is no one answer for the question the way you wrote it. There are literally millions. Since you may be new at this, perhaps another post with some information will help get you some solid info.

This is an exellent point, I just put down my diet as an example. But it is very true, the more effort you put into your question the better reply you will get.

The body is an incredible machine, if you start to starve it, it will being to store. The first week or so of eating more and better your weight is going to shot up but then once the body figures it not going to be starved it will begin to burn off it stores as long as you keep training.
