Hello all,

I'm just staring out with a trainer and I'm planning on competing in a Figure competition in June 2010 in Red Deer. Right now I lift 3x/week and walk up hill 8-11% on the treadmill for an hour 5x/week.

My main concern now is diet. I'm 5'3 and 155 lbs. and wear a size 4-6. My goal is to be 120 lbs by Nov.1. So I'm eating clean and trying to stick to 1300 cal/day .

I'm enjoying the info here! Thanks to all the experts.

PS. I should mention I'm a mom to seven kids ages 2-14. You read that correctly.

Seven is one thing. Now eight is a whole other story. Eight is insanity.

We always said we'd quit when we got an ugly one, but that never really happened. So seven is our number.

Oh, and my very lucky husband is father to them all.

I get that question more than I care for. "Are they all his?" WTF. I usually say: "all but that one...I found him wandering around in the produce section."
