hey Bros,

just a quick note to say hi from sunny (and dusty) Afghanistan.
I got back on the ground a couple weeks ago but just some internet time today.

I thought it was adjusting to the food here, but after reading a bit more I realized the source of my heartburn... yup.. good ol Var.. I think I need to invest in some stock in tums ! On the plus side, pumps are awesome. (especially when the weights are two water jugs and a pole)
