Just wondering what the deal is with taking oral anabolics. Does taking them with food or other pills (vitamins, minerals) affect absorbtion at all??

Its usually a good idea to take them with food. You tend to avoid sides such as nasuea, stomach upset etc. You should also space them out through the day according to the half life.

I always used to take them with food, simply because it was easier since Im always eating. Now after reading "anabolics" 2009 which mentions taking 17AA orals with food may hinder absorption Ive been trying them on an emtpy stomach...which is a real PITA when you eat 6-7 imes per day!
who the hell knows which is better .

I would say taking them at the same time is more important that if you take with or without food. I would geuss the differance would be very small if any.

I always take my orals on an empty stomach, never any heartburn, then again I drink lots of milk, and thats good for keeping heartburn away.
