Well guys, it is time to keep a journal, and post some before and after pics. Journaling my progress will keep me accountable.

I started this journey back at the end of Feb, I added some test-e and went on a ketosis diet. I lost about 22-25lbs in 5 weeks. Then I took a break from ketosis and have not been back on. So long story short, is that I still have to get rid of a bunch of fat.

My next entry will include stats such as body weight, fat %, LBM and hopefully a few pics. Posting the pics will be very hard as I hate looking at pics with fat hanging off my mid section, but whatever, I have to face the music!

Start date will be Sunday June 7 2009, I have some out of town work to do tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in posting this.....

Start date June 12, 2009.
Age 33
Height 6 feet
Weight 273.5lbs
Body Fat 29.8%
Fat 81.5lbs
LBM 192 lbs
Diet: Ketosis
Training: Weights 4 times a week, Cardio 3-4 times a week at 45 minute sessions, with 120 heart rate.

Goal Weight, I am not sure, any guesses on what weight I need to be to see my abs would help me set this.

Keep in Mind I already dropped about 25lbs in March and 1st week of April. My belt went down 4 notches.

Ok, now for the hard part... Posting my before photos. This is hard to do as I hate looking at my bodyfat and moobs, let alone showing it.

Ha..Ha sucks having too post pics uh??? great motivation, your going to do great brother, lots of base to work with, no doubt you were huge at one point, keep at it my man and the results will be awesome!!!

You'll do great man.. keep us updated. You'll be posting awesome after pics in no time.

Don't sweat the moobs, by the looks of the pics you shouldn't have a problem getting them all but gone once your body fat drops..

Rough math if you're 270@29% you'll be seeing abs and very little moobage after dropping 22%BF putting you around 210LBS. 2 pounds a week and you're there in 6-7 months!

Start moisturizing your skin now daily (after morning shower, before bed) It will help with your skin as you continue to drop weight.
