GOAL: I plan on cycling Epistane 3 times a week on workout days with Bill Starr's 5x5 method and Dr.D's pulse method This is my first cycle ever, hope all goes well. Wanting to gain some mass/strength on core lifts.

im 195lb with the same 1RM as ogrew minus the deads, i think were going to get some before and after pics/measurements

END OF 2nd WEEK---
First week my legs really got f'd up squat'n 3 times a week but they recover so much faster now.
One thing to note tho is I RIPPED 2 PAIRS OF BOXERS DOING SQUATS SO FAR :(
Time to switch to jockeys or just let the boys hang loose.

I let them hang loose.
I rarely train in a gitch (or wear one in general lol) unless I am wanting to do some posing afterwards

END OF 3rd WEEK---
Re-tested my 1RM Bench Press this week got 265Max (Up 30lbs)
Im gonna test the 1RM every week and see what its at.
Everything is going great, no struggles yet.

good progress so far, no difficult lifts as of yet
weights up to 243 from 230

well way to not update the log
haha i think week 6 or 7 we stopped early due to some major soreness in the tendons from squats 3X a week being a hard gainer and 195Lb i struggled found the lifts to be tough my bench is now up to 245X8 reps back strength has increased, my training has been intense since i fished the program but my diet not so much on check i got food poisoning and droped alot of weight still trying to get back up there
our next log will be far more informative

good progress, those are pretty good numbers especially for a mild pulse cycle of epi

Are you planning to use a SERM for PCT or are you just going with the anabolic extreme PCT?
I was thinking of doing a cycle of epistane myself (when I was in better condition), but didn't think an over the counter PCT would do... which led me to questioning why go OTC if you need a UG or imported nolva to go with it?
Either way, killer gains, obviously the result of some hard work.
I look forward to seeing how it turns out, and how much you keep during PCT.
Awesome progress, keep it up, and let us know about the PCT.
